Rayed: I can testify that this method works. We have a job that pulls images from a set of directories containing (at last count) over 100K different images. Each job typically references only a few thousands of the images but the technique is a "must have" if you need to work with large sets of variable images. It would be impossible to do this job using pre-defined resources.
