Assuming you are outputting variable zips, make sure you identify the specific piece that is problematic. If you can't do that, create a sample piece and bring it to the post office and have them evaluate it. Wash, rinse and repeat until you have something that is "broke".
Have the post office identify specifically what number was "off". Was a number omitted? Was it too high? Too Low? Also make sure to get the number they feel is correct (keep in mind the post office [especially smaller ones with newer employees] have a history of being wrong, so you want to verify what they tell you). Verify that the issue is not in the data. If what the post office expects is not in the data (with the exception of something calculated by FusionPro), you know you need to start addressing it there.
