Sorry, when you said "website," I thought you may have meant FusionPro Web. I don't know anything about how your custom web application works, so I don't really have enough information to know what's going wrong with your FusionPro Server job. The rule you posted seems simple enough. I'm a bit confused as to why you think that that particular rule is preventing you from getting any output at all. What error message are you getting from FusionPro Server?
