I have a large project that requires the following: I have a data list that contains all the fields to be printed on a card and an extra field that indicates how many copies of that particular card I need.
For example lets say it's a business card and for John Doe, VP - I need 1,000 cards printed and for Jane Smith, Accounting - I need 500 cards printed. In this case the quantity field has either 1,000 or 500 in it. I am looking for some help creating a code that will read the data record, create the card based on the field data and then print the required number of copies to the VPS file, then go on to the next record and create that card and print the required number of copies to the VPS file. The quantities are all different. Some are 1,500 some are 175, some are 100, etc. I want to be able to compose an imposed output file of all the records without having to sort out all the 1,000's and running them together for example.
