> return FormatDate(Today(), "ld, lm d, yyyy");

This will format the current day (today) properly. If you have a field in your
data (such as "Birthdate") that you want to apply this formatting to, replace
the Today() with the field:

        return FormatDate(Field("BirthDate", "ld, lm d, yyyy");

ld = long day (Thursday)
lm = long month (January)
d = single digit date (if it's the 12th, you get '12'. If it's the 2nd, you get
'2'. 'dd' always gives you two digits; 12 or 02)
yyyy = four digits for the year.

You can also use sm for the short month (Jan instead of January), sd for day
(Thur instead of Thursday)
