When you validate the rule in the editor, the message should specify the line number where the error occurred. And also, in the case of a syntax error, the offending character will be highlighted in the Rule Editor when you close the Error Message box. So it's telling you precisely where the error is. Exactly why you're getting the error is something you'll have to figure out. In most cases, as in this one, it means that you haven't properly quoted a string literal.
