Hi Angie,
I've experienced this very same problem in two instances. Each time
fortunately I have been able to solve the problem, but each time the
problem was very different. I'm going to list the problems and solutions
that I have experienced. Hopefully it will help you trouble shoot.
1) Just this week I created a template that had this problem. The
template had a Copy Fit Call back rule applied. The Copy fit rule was
not applied to the rotated box but for some reason just having it in the
template caused the same problem. When I deleted the Copy Fit rule from
the template completely it solved the problem.
2) I had this problem with a template that was using a Call Back On
Record Start Page Call Rule. The problem was that I had made an error in
writing the javascript for the rule. Therefore the template would stop
generating when it reached my error. By not making it past that point it
had not gotten to the point where it could process the rotation of the
frame. I corrected the javacript and that solved the problem.
Just this week I posted a question to the user forum that was very
similiar to your question. I received a response that said....
"Do you have any of the "Background" suppression options like "Enable for
Proof Composition" or "Enable for Press Composition" turned off? I know
these might cause a problem that I have not seen a resolution for. These
options are located in the "Frames" tab of the template."
This suggestion was not relevant to the template I was working with, But
it may be helpful for you. If you solve the issue and it has a different
cause than any of the ones I've listed I would love to hear it so I can
keep it in mind for future templates.
I hope this helps!!

I've got a template set up in Fusion Pro where one of the text boxes is at
90 degrees (vertical, but text sideways). But when I upload it to the site
and test it by entering data into the fields, it shows up horizontal. Am I
missing something?
Angie
