Gail, Still having problems with the FusionPro installation? If so, here's a couple of suggestions:
1. Check to see if any parts of the FusionPro software are installed by selecting "Start, Program Files" and looking for a Printable selection. 2. If the start menu item is there, do a search on your computer for this file "FusionProAcro7.api". This is the printable plug-in file that installs under Acrobat 7. Typically in your case, this file should be located in the following directory: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Acrobat\plug-in\Printable. If you find this file in a folder that is not where your Acrobat 7 is located, then you want to copy the "Printable" folder with this file to that directory. 3. You also might want to check if your Quark and/or InDesign plug-ins are installed. Finally, if there is a problem with any of the above suggestions, you should uninstall FusionPro through Add/Remove Programs, manually delete the Printable folder under Program Files and reinstall the software. If your still having problems you should probably call Printable Support.
