Hello Darren, Not sure what was done prior to this issue on your system. Were there any changes to Acrobat or your Mac OS?
Navigate the hard drive of the Mac to the Applications folder. Open the "Printable" folder, you will see an uninstaller for the program. Run the uninstaller. When it completes, delete the "Printable" folder from the following locations: Applications Library : Preferences Library : Application Support Remove these folders from your "Trash". Reinstall FusionPro. Keep in mind the serial number is case and character sensitive.
