The best solution for you currently, short of sending the job to someone on this list or another list, would be to contact http://www.trackmymail.com/4st/products_up.aspx and get them to process your list. The first problem with IMB is it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get assigned a mailers ID if you are not providing ACS. If you are providing ACS, that could take longer. However TrackMyMail can help you out from my understanding. While you are doing that I would get the ball rolling to get your own ID from the Post Office. They can also give you the font to download from their website.
