Hi Summer, I would treat the second side as a variable. Create the two backgrounds as TIFF or EPS files and upload them to your resources in your template, create a new blank page and insert a variable graphic frame. Then upload those two files to your library in the manager. From there you can set the two files as a dropdown field that the user can select from. You could take it one step further and have the field set in the Manager as a dropdown with browse so the user can preview the choices before selecting.
