I am trying to create a template that will impose 24Up (3 Columns - 8
Rows) Full bleed business cards on a 12 x 18 sheet. I am creating a
template in order for the edges to bleed in order to be cut. For instance,
in the top left card (Column 1- Row 1) I have set the graphic frame to for
bleeding 1/8 of an inch (The frame is w-3.75" x h-2.125"). So far no
problem, the card imposes with bleed to top, left and right side. I do not
want it to bleed off the bottom because the next graphic frame is butted
up to the card above. (This frame is w-3.75" x h-2"). The frames go down
the column with the same width and height until you get to bottom frame
(Column 1- Row 8). It bleeds to the left, bottom and right. So here's the
problem. When the cards impose to create the pdf, ALL cards/frames bleed
on every side, even the cards/frames in the middle (i.e (Column 2- Row 4).
The frames/cards in the middle row (Column 2- Rows 2-7), stay at 3.5" x
2". The outer cards bleed correctly to the outside, but where a card would
butt up to the next card, it overlaps it. I hope the makes sense but we
need help.
