Thanks Mark. Actually, I think I got it. In Mail Manager there is an option for the Intelligent BarCode to "Print Human Readable Digits". It's quite odd. The data looks the same in the output file, yet when I use the new file, it seems to work. When I plug in the variable and apply the font, it matches what the decoder shows.
