I am trying to convert the "th" in a String to SuperScript without affecting
the rest of the String. This is the "th" that will be after a Street Number
like 17th. I am also applying a SmallCaps rule to the same field which turns
all lower case letters to SmallCaps. In addition the rule is taking some of the
numbers in the String and converting them to the same size as the SmallCaps but
not all. Any ideas?
