Hi Lawrence, As far as I can tell, the message you're replying to was my post from last June regarding a fix in FusionPro version 4.2P1d. I can only assume that you had been using one of the more recent 5.x versions prior to installing 4.2. If so, your 5.x serial number will not work for the 4.x version. Please re-install the original version of the software you purchased. If you identify a problem in that version, please contact Support.
