Hello,

If you are using the FusionPro plug-in to Adobe InDesign to perform the
export, you might want to verify which PDF export profile you have set
in InDesign itself.  

Here's something to try:  In InDesign, go to File -> Adobe PDF Presets
and select the [High Quality Print] option.  Let this dialogue go and
export a static PDF for you and then verify that this PDF has high-res
imagery when you open it in Acrobat.

Now, try the FusionPro export from InDesign again.  You should see your
static images as high-res.
