If there are fonts that FusionPro can't process for certain reasons, it might be indicated in the fonts.err file. You can just open the file in a text editor and see if there are any error messages.
Are you on a Windows or Mac platform? The fonts.err file is in our installation folder on Windows, on Mac, it is likely to be in /Library/Preferences/Printable/FusionPro/Fonts folder. Good luck.
