I can't diagnose the problem without seeing the job, and even if you sent it to me, I don't have the time to analyze it. Find the flow (text frame) with the name "txtPDFPage" in your job and look at what text content (including any inline graphics) it's trying to set. If you do a Preview, the frame in question will have a red line at the bottom where the text doesn't fit. You can always turn on Copyfit to try to make it fit if it doesn't, but it might not work for an inline graphic.
