We've been trying to print a fusion pro document with about a 350 vdp database. In the past when we print this on the indigo, we would export them as pdf and it would take hours to rip. When we called printable they told us it would take 20 minutes to rip if we used ppml or jlyt formats. Whenever we try to use any of those file types we get an error on the indigo. After placing many calls to HP and to Fusion pro, we have tried many different things, but still end up with an error each time.
We have tried putting supporting files into different folders, i.e. graphics folder and database folder. Our graphics guy has tried to flatten the pdf behind the vdp field. The error we're getting is an integral font error. It says the 9.8pt font we are using is causing an error. There is only 1 font in the document and it is 18pt. Does anyone know anything about this, maybe can lend me a hand? Thanks Devin +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+- FusionPro 5.0 Now Available!
