Are you talking about running around a non-rectangular image? That's a different thing than text on a curve. FusionPro doesn't do runaround contour, like QuarkXPress and other page layout tools do. However, if it's a static image, you can add some empty text frames which approximate the shape of the object you're trying to run around.
