If the question is specific to FusionPro Web, it should be posted to the
web-to-print forum.  It's much more likely to be answered there.
FusionPro Web is a different product with different support people.

Now, there is some overlap: since FusionPro Web users also use FusionPro
Desktop or Designer, they may have questions related to the Desktop
(Acrobat plug-in) workflow, and all such questions should be posted to
this forum.  However, questions which have anything to do with the
Dashboard or the Manager or any aspect of FusionPro Web are more
appropriate for the other forum.
