Rick,
Okay, so you're going to want to create an empty text rule that contains the
code pasted below. You'll need to modify the field name to what it's called in
your data file. Then in your text frame, replace the comma you typed in with
the new rule.
if (Trim(Field("CountryColumn")) == "")
return ",";
else
return "";

They have a country column within the data for the foreign addresses, it's
left empty for the US addresses. Also I forgot to mention that the comma
is being input by me in the text editor, it's not within the data.
