The non-rotated text is SNAP text so since it is coming out OK, that means you have Futura properly loaded as a RIP font and SNAP font. The rotated text is non-SNAP (SNAP text can only be rotated in 90 degree increments) so it requires a font resource to be available on the DFE in the Images folder. When the RIP can't find the font resource in Images, it is doing the substitution.
