No problem.
I'll assume that the field name is "City" for this. Just create a new
blank rule that says:
return ReplaceSubstring(Field("City")," "," ");
Make sure you check the "Treat returned strings as tagged text. This
rule will replace any spaces in the names of the City field with the
non-breaking space.
