Hi Alex, I tried what you said and it still returns nothing. I just have a white space where the photo should be. I do NOT have any rules applied to this; I'm not sure how to go about setting up a rule where the customer uploads their own photo OR it returns the default picture if no photo is uploaded. The field names have to match within the rule, correct? I don't know the names of the customer's files.
I just tried linking other graphics (different file formats) and it still doesn't return a photo. ? I'm stumped.
