Sounds to me like an encoding issue rather than a font issue. I'll
bet these quotes are "curly quotes" rather than straight quotes. The
ASCII value which represents these extended characters is different on
different platforms (Windows and Mac). FusionPro expects Latin-1
encoding on Windows and MacRoman encoding on Mac. It handles this
conversion automatically for any data stored in your template PDF
document, such as in a Rule or a Formatted Text Resource. However, in
your external input data, you may need to replace extended characters
with entities, or do an encoding conversion. On what platform are you
composing, and on what platform was the data created?
