Dawn,

You may want to look at the CopyfitEmail feature. I haven't used it myself, but
I'm remembering that you can have two sections of data in that copyfit
function. In the case of e-mails, you have the user and the domain names which
could both be variable. You might be able to tweek the rule programming a bit
to use your "name" and "credentials" fields instead of this. The name field
would remain the same and the credentials would re-size as necessary to fit.

Again, haven't tried this myself, nor have I even used this specific function
either. But I do believe that in theory it should work the same.

Subject: [fusionpro] Copy fitting

Hi,
Need some help with a rule please!
I have a name field followed by a credentials field. What I need is if the
credentials field makes the line too long to fit then I need the credentials
to reduce in size so it will fit without making the name smaller.

If I just click the copy fitting, then the name and credentials reduce in
size.

Thanks
