Hello everyone, July 1st 2008 will bring an end to support for the FusionPro 3.x suite of VDP products which includes FusionPro versions 3.0, 3.1, and 3.2. After this date, telephone and email support for the FusionPro 3.x products will no longer be offered by Printable.
Customers who are currently running FusionPro Desktop 3.x are encouraged to upgrade to the latest version of FusionPro - version 5.1 - if they would like to take advantage of technical support from Printable after July 1st. Upgrade licenses for FusionPro 3.x products are available for $299 per license from the Printable FusionPro Desktop store at: https://fusionpro.printable.com/store/ FusionPro Web customers that utilize the "design-only" version of FusionPro Desktop can obtain the latest version of the Desktop product through the FusionPro Web Manager. FusionPro Web customers with questions about obtaining the latest version of the "design-only" version of FusionPro Desktop should contact their CPM. Please note that the FusionPro 3.x software itself will still function as it does today after July 1st. In addition, templates created with 3.x software will still function correctly in the FusionPro Web, FusionPro Server, and FusionPro Direct products. For those customers that purchased phone support packages for the FusionPro 3.x product, Printable will roll-over this phone support to the FusionPro 5.1 product if those customers upgrade.
