First off you have quotations inside the tabstop function and you also need
the actual tab before Field("Fee1"), the "<p tabstops" is simply telling FP
what the tab parameter for the tab will be. I would use
if (Field("Fee1") == "")
return " ";
else
return "<p tabstops=0;1200,Right,,;><t>" + Field("Fee1");
