Try this:

return Field("Name") + " " + Field("LastName");
else
return Field("Name") + "and " + Field("Spouse") + " " +
Field("LastName");
**Make sure that there is a space between the "d" in "and" and the closing
quotation mark**

The rule adds the work "and" with a space in front and after if the spouse
field is NOT empty.
