The table would seem ideal since you want a table like thin line, but you
would also have to dynamically determine the width of the columns and rows
since the user is entering the data.
My suggestion without seeing any rule or functions would be to use a lineout
concatenation of the table markup tags to build the dynamic table. I would
look at the documentation in the reference guide on tables thoroughly before
starting any rule in order to understand the complete makeup of a table.
This is a sample of a lineout at work from David Sweet. I would start by
inserting the tabletags in place of the fields and creating any other
argument you might need.
