If I want to create a new imposition and try to step it vertically or horizontally it will NOT take the setting. I can't see it do anything on preview window. So, my work around was to open a previous fpi file and make work but if is it 2 up or 4up I have to open it(same fpi file) 2 to 4 times to preview the correct imposition.
