There's a known issue in some versions of FusionPro where if you're using both "Infinite Stack" imposition and the SetBodyPageUsage function, you get spurious warnings about the pages in the "Preprocessing" step of the composition, where FusionPro is trying to determine the number of records for the stack. I believe that this was fixed in FusionPro 5.1. (It's always helpful to include the version you're using in any error reports.)
So, is the Page Usage actually working? That is, are you getting the right pages in the output? If so, then you can ignore the warning messages at preprocessing time.
