[fusionpro] Using Smart Quotes

Hello - I would like the customer to substitute Smart Quotes for the  
straight quotes, throughout type they upload.

This rule works with <b> and </b>, but get it to work with ascii for  
Smart quotes - when the customer uses a "+", I would like Smart  
Quotes to appear. Thanks,

MyVar = MyVar.replace("+", "&#8220;");
MyVar = MyVar.replace("++", "&#8221;");
