Hi Rayed, You need to make sure that you have a default and locked shipping and billing addresses in order to skip those pages. You set this up within the group. You also need to make sure you have auto purchase orders set up as well.
With regards to the "approval" box, I don't believe Printable can remove that. We usually just have our customers type "approved" with their initials in that box so that the requisition gets approved. Hope that helps! I created a Requisition only group in our manager and I want the requisitionor to be able to make an order of a Versioned postcard without going through the shipping and billing. I have looked up the FAQ which states that I should not have any conflicting shipping method and payment method which I don't think I have. A. I set up the Store section in the Manager --> Groups --> Edit Existing Group / Create New Group --> Checkout TAB as Default Ship-to Address, Default Bill-to Address, Default Shipping Method, Default Payment Method and Default Cost Center. Problem: When I make a new order as a requisitionor, the shipping comes up and says it can't continue the order without a zip code to recalculate. I made sure none of the fields are required. Yet, when I go back to cart and resubmit the same order, it jumps past the shipping and billing and goes to finish order just like I wanted. It seems to only happen on new orders. Question 2_As a purchaser, when I approve a requisition, a pop up window comes up with a requisition number and a box with "Reason" for approving the order. When I type in pertinent information in the "Reason" dialogue box, I can't find that information anywhere in my order of email notifications. That info can come in handy, is there any way to get that "Reason" box info to show up?
