I am not sure if this is a proper place to ask the question or not,
but I appreciate the help.
I have a situation where I am using UI Rules in order to have a single
drop down for "location" which sets the fields for address, po box,
city, state and zip from a list based on selection. The problem I have
is that some locations have no PO Box associated with them. I thought
that it would leave the entry blank, but apparently it is setting the
field to the first option in the list.
I am using a library list for each field, and I have the first option
blank set as true. Is there some other way to accomplish what I need
here? Or am I out of luck with this using UI rules?
Thank you for your help,
