You mean the PDF file itself? (You want the file name to equal the SKU number?)
That would mean, if you received 10 orders for the same item, you would potentially have 10 PDF files with the same name ... are you sure that's what you want? In any case, I don't think there's a way to automatically do it, but you could write an external process on your end (i.e. hire a programmer) that would utilize printable's web services. From the web service it could determine the order number and the output file name, and from that, determine the sku, and then write a process to rename each file.
