Hello everyone, With the FusionPro 5.8 release, there was an additional feature that was added which was not mentioned in our release notes. Users now have the option to specify if crop marks should be rich black (CMYK 100, 100, 100, 100) or 100% black (black-only ink).
This option is available as a checkbox called "Use Black Color for Crop Marks" in FusionPro Desktop's composition dialog on the Imposition tab. Turning this on gives 100% Black crops. Disabling (which is the default) gives the rich black crops. We understand that this feature has been requested by a number of users so we are excited to say that it is now available. If anyone has any questions about this option, please let us know at your convenience. Thanks everyone! --Mark Hilger Senior Product Manager Printable Technologies, Inc.
