The Overflow button does indeed have a way to add pages dynamically, but you have to use actual Overflow pages instead of just connecting to frames on Body pages.
Go into the Page Usage dialog (under "Manage Pages" in the FusionPro menu) and change the types of pages 6 and 7 to Overflow (you'll need to give them names as well). Then, on those pages, click on the main text frame, and in the Text Frame Properties palette, check the "Overflow To" box. Then, back on page 5 (your body page where the text flow starts), click on the text frame and then click the Overflow button on the pallete. Now, when you click on the "Overflow text to new pages" option, you will be able to select the named Overflow pages in the "New Left Page" and "New Right Page" drop-down lists. You also probably want to set the "Add pages" mode to "As Few Added Pages As Possible". You might also want to read the chapter titled "It's Gotta Go Somewhere" in the FusionPro User Guide which explains this procedure in detail.
