The ever-increasing size of PDF documents is a "feature" of Adobe
Acrobat over which plug-ins (such as FusionPro) have no control.
Modifications to documents are appended, and older information is
cached. Usually a "Save As" to a different file name clears out the
deadwood, so to speak. I'm not sure why that's not working for you.
But you don't mention what version of Acrobat you're using, let alone
what platform or what version of FusionPro, so it's hard to even
guess. You might want to try the "Reduce File Size" option in Acrobat
as well. (And don't forget to back up early and often!)
