This is a rule that I am using to hide a phone label if the phone number is
not populated. The color is pantone cool gray 11 C and for the label it
needs to be Pantone 202 CV. It works great but when we go to put it on press
with the color separations the gray in the phone number have converted to
process. When the color is used elsewhere when there isn't a rule involved
the color stay spot. Has anyone had this issue? How do you fix it?
//this JavaScript will produce a string like "Fax: 298 389-3094" if the
field "Fax" contains a value (298 389-3094 in our example).
//If the field
Fax does not contain a value, the function returns nothing.
if
(Field("Phone3") == "")
return "";
else
return '<color name="PANTONE
202 CV"> C </color>'+Rule("Phone3FRule");
Thanks
