I'm not sure what you mean by "blank records." If you have an empty
line in a flat (delimited) text input file, it will be skipped
automatically. If you want to skip a record when a particular field
value is empty, you need to create an OnRecordStart callback rule and
add some syntax like this:
if (!Field("MyFieldName"))
