Richard, You have to replace the file names in the rule with the actual full file paths and names of the files on your machine. These paths must be accurate.
This is probably not a valid full path specification in either HFS or POSIX: Users:admin:Desktop:Jobs:Business Card Repeat:Instance.TXT For HFS, the path must start with the volume (drive) name. It's probably something like (be aware of wrapping in the email): Macintosh HD:Users:admin:Desktop:Jobs:Business Card Repeat:Instance.TXT Where "Macintosh HD" is the default boot drive name, but it may be different on your Mac. For POSIX, the path must include forward slashes as directory separators instead of colons. You probably want something like: /Users/admin/Desktop/Jobs/Business Card Repeat/Instance.TXT If you do a "Get Info" on a file in the Finder, it will show you the properly formatted full POSIX path.
