Actually, this "0 records" shows that you have the same problem at
rule validation time as you have at composition time with the "No
record was composed" error. So, I think you're now at the point where
you should be able to fix this in the Rule Editor. You've probably
either got the wrong delimiter or the wrong "RepeatFieldName".

Yes, well, it might seem that way, because, depending on how many
records you're dealing with, it might take a while to go through the
entire input file, process every record, look for the "repeat field"
value, and write out each record the specified number of times to the
new input file. I would bet that it will return eventually. But you
might want to try removing all but the first few records from your
original input file and see if the repeat record thing works, as a
test, before processing the entire job.
