I've created an InDesign CS3 file on the Mac which contains 3 text frames and 1 graphic frame. The problem I'm having is I'm losing the text formatting when I export the file to PDF using the FusionPro Plug-in.
For instance, one of the text frames contains placeholder type that is "26.5pt" with a leading value of "84.5" and it is colored "White". This type will be replaced in FusionPro with a rule to return 3 different sentences based on field values. After I export the PDF using the Plug-In and specify a data source, the text field previews correctly. The problem seems to be occurring when I access the text frame using FusionPro to add the rule to swap out the sentences. When I enter the text frame, the leading is reset to default, the text color is now some color that I never created called DLCOLOR2 and Ive lost my vertical alignment. Can anyone tell me if they have come across issues such as this? Is it a bug or is there a setting Im missing? I exported the file from an Intel Based Mac, a PC and Mac G4. All gave me the same results. +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+- FusionPro 5.0 Now Available!
