Possibly using FP Imposer with a setting on the imposer file.
Basically open the imposer file and look in the document settings for
pages per record. Make sure it is one. not two.
I am guessing this - As I had done this before with a previous
imposition that was actually getting printed double sided.

I created a ticket - 1 page - with sequential numbering. When I
compose
the job, every other page is blank. It numbers correctly. If I
delete all
the even pages in the PDF, the job is fine.
