You want to create a UI rule, but use the "Filter Dropdown" option, and
not the "Filter DropDown Value on DropDown Selection". Once you select
that and you create a new dropdown filter UI rule, hold down your <Ctrl>
key (on Windows) and select the colors that you want to hide from your
users.
