The rule is located in C:\Program Files\Printable\FusionPro\Plug-ins\TemplateXML if you are on Windows. You can modify this rule to fit your need. However, be aware that if you have multiple installations in your office, you will have to provide the updated version to everyone else so they can pull the same rule off the list. Otherwise, you will have mismatched rules if someone else creates a similar template using the same rule without your modification.
If you are on Mac, the rule should be located in a similar location under Application Support.
