Jordan, You can show your bleed in Fusion Pro in two ways. First, you will have to set your Document size in Indesign as your final trim size then in the more options drop box select your bleed. When you export the document to Fusion Pro you will not see you bleed until you compose the file. A way to see your bleed settings in Fusion is to change the preferences in Acrobat under Page Display and check "Display art, trim, bleed boxes" . Red outline is your trim and Blue outline is your Bleed. Now, the blue outline will go beyond the grey area but remember your will display once you compose the file.
Second, way to show your bleed in Fusion Pro is set your document setup in Indesign to include bleed. For example if your final trim size is 8.5 x 11 set your document size to 8.75 x 11.25. This will give you an .125" bleed all around. Export Document to Fusion Pro. Now, you will see the same Blue outline and Red outline. Hope that works for you. +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+- FusionPro 5.0 Now Available!
