Mark, Any of your customers who are printers, will probably be upgrading their Adobe licenses. Those of us who are Adobe Print Service Providers will receive the updates before the general public (so we have them before our customers do).
For us, it's mostly a question of whether or not we have to keep the older versions "active" and "in use" in our shops. At times, because of plug-in issues (not just you--also Quite Imposing, for example), we put off the upgrade until we get a file from a customer that necessitates our upgrading. By that time, of course, it becomes quite an inconvenience if FusionPro isn't also upgraded. Thanks, Steve Hello Steve, FusionPro does not currently support Acrobat 9. We are investigating this currently and when we have an update on the support timeframe, we will surely announce it to our customers.
